This group is for people who are using B1 therapy, or planning to use B1 for their own Parkinson's (PD), the Persons with Parkinson’s for whom they care or for therapists who use B1 with their PD patients.

You are warmly invited to apply to join this dynamic and supportive group which has over 8,000 members (and growing every day!).

Mission:
- To share evidence-based and anecdotal information about HDT (high-dose thiamine) therapy.
- To support and encourage group members in their use of the B1 therapy protocol.
- To increase our understanding of the successful application of HDT therapy by hearing of the experience of others.
- To spread the word about HDT therapy for people with Parkinson’s.
- To provide a sounding board where individuals can discuss concerns about their use of the B1 protocol
